Mohit leads a young team within Aumirah of talented Trademark, Design Attorneys, paralegals and accounts staff, some of whom are trained by him, and thus has been instrumental in building the vertical single-handedly within Aumirah.

Through Aumirah, Mohit has worked with a range of clients on matters pertaining to trademarks, copyright, designs, legal matters, contracts and several other compliances. Mohit has more than 9 years of experience in practice of trademark, copyright, design and several corporate laws and before coming on board at Aumirah, he had already worked and trained under well-established lawyers in these fields.

Mohit specialises in trademark searches, trademark clearance, oppositions and rectifications, design rectifications, infringement and enforcement matters, and drafting contracts for clients in line with their long-term business goals.
