Shivansh is special counsel at Aumirah and advises the private equity and venture capital practice at the firm.

Shivansh is currently working as Legal & Finance Lead UK and India for Materra Ltd, backed by H&M Group and Heartland (Bestseller’s Investment Arm) and has more than five years of experience in private practice as well as as in-house counsel with Max Healthcare Institute Limited (listed entity on the Indian stock exchange) and one of India’s leading law firms, Desai and Diwanji. Previously, he has also worked with global private equity funds such as IFC, Washington, and KKR & Co. Inc. and multinational financial institutions such as JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank AG, Mizuho Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank on corporate risk advisory and transactional. As of now, he is working with multiple start-ups in the international fashion tech space and NBFCs in the fintech and digital lending industry.

Shivansh completed his LL.M in Banking & Finance Laws from the Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and holds Banking & Finance Law Programme Prize 21/22 issued by QMUL.
